  1. This printer control program was written specifically for the Star Micronics
  2. GEMINI 10X/15X PC.  This printer shares some controls in common with the stan-
  3. dard 10X/15X printers, and other controls are the same as the EPSON MX series.
  4. The result is that printer control programs which were created for either of the
  5. above printers will not provide all the functions in STARPC.

  7. There are two ways to determine if you have the correct printer for this
  8. utility:

  10. 1.  If the cover of the printer is labeled GEMINI-10X PC (or 15X PC).
  11. 2   If the printer does not print italics, and the IBM/ASCII line graphics set
  12.     is supported.

  14. PLEASE NOTE:

  16. This is a compiled BASIC program (sorry), and it requires BRUN10.EXE to be exe-
  17. cuted.  I did this to get the program out quickly.  The next step is to write
  18. it in C.  This will be done for version 2.
